From recruitment coordination to employee lifecycle admin, you'll be trusted to juggle multiple plates with grace, confidentiality, and a sense of humour.Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist with graduate and experienced hire recruitment, from organising interviews to coordinating psychometric testing.
- Manage the shared inbox queries, schedule meetings, and keep everything ticking over.
- Deliver a smooth and professional onboarding/offboarding experience, ensuring all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed.
- Help roll out the firm's wellbeing programme with planning, logistics, and bringing ideas to life.
- Be a first port of call for day-to-day employee queries across five offices, offering friendly and efficient support
- Learning & Development - Coordinate internal training sessions and development initiatives with precision and care.
- Keep HR records squeaky clean, accurate, and up to date.
- Maintain employee files, update SharePoint, and handle confidential documents with discretion.
- Support absence tracking and help spot emerging trends.
- Assist with people metrics and internal reporting requirements.
- Manage data collation for performance and compensation processes.
- Projects
- Get stuck into ongoing HR initiatives and one-off projects, helping drive continuous improvement across the People function.
- You've got hands-on experience in HR administration, ideally within a professional services firm. We can also consider recruitment administration backgrounds.
- You're organised, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure, able to spin multiple plates without dropping your smile.
- You know your way around HR systems and understand the importance of confidentiality.
- You're a clear communicator who can work with everyone from new grads to senior leadership.
