In this full-time, permanent role, you will support students with profound and multiple learning disabilities and help them achieve their full potential in a nurturing, inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic and emotional support to students with SEN.
  • Assist teachers in creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
  • Work with students in one-on-one or small group settings.
  • Collaborate with SENCOs and specialists to implement learning plans.
  • Help prepare materials and resources to enhance lessons.
  • Support students during lessons, break times, and activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Passionate about supporting children with SEN.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond to diverse student needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in supporting children with SEN (preferred but not essential).
