- Manage and maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including arranging interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Support the coordination of employee training and development programmes.
- Handle queries from employees related to HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR-related documentation, such as contracts and letters.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection standards are upheld.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes.
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a Human Resources or professional services environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
