Join us and play your part in improving efficiency, service delivery, data excellence and all customer and stakeholder's expectations.About youYou will own the people side of IT systems and data transformation, playing a key role in ensure that improvements to IT business applications and data maturity are fully adopted and deliver their intended benefits. You will lead on the design and implementation of a change management methodology that underpins IT applications and data transformation with two-way communication, engagement and training, building confidence in and ownership of IT across the business. You will lead on assurance that the return on investment dependent on people will be realised, embedding change through processes and procedures, behaviours and ways of working. You will be strong at building relationships with internal customers, always maintaining a strong focus on the customer, social impact and business performance.Skills should include:
  • Robust knowledge of organisational change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) and/or Change Management qualification (e.g. BCS Agile CA, BCS Agile BA, ECBA, CCMP, Prosci Change Management Certification).
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills and proven experience in high quality stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and IT business applications and experience of supporting the people elements of IT applications change.
  • Significant experience of working with project management methodologies, particularly supporting benefits tracking and realisation.
  • Experience of Social Housing or transferable experience of regulated or social purpose organisations
