This hybrid role blends recruitment and resourcing with broader HR generalist responsibilities and is central to our growth and employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to proactively build strong talent pipelines in alignment with business strategy and headcount plans.
- Manage advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer stages.
- Lead employer branding initiatives via social media, events, and our careers platform.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate insights (time to hire, role fill rates, pipeline health, etc.).
- Own the resourcing process: track resourcing requests, manage Artefact's internal resourcing system, and ensure project teams are optimally staffed.
- Monitor team utilisation, future project pipelines, and bench availability.
- Keep key stakeholders informed of current and forecasted resourcing needs.
- Manage associate contractor engagement, including sourcing, IR35 compliance, contracting, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day HR matters, providing guidance to managers and employees across the business.
- Manage and coordinate the performance appraisal process, including timelines, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Support employee benefits by liaising with providers and ensuring employees are well-informed and supported.
- Oversee visa sponsorships and right-to-work processes, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
- Support and advise on employee relations (ER) cases, including absence management, informal grievances, and performance matters, escalating when needed.
- Assist in updating and implementing HR policies, ensuring alignment with current employment law and best practice.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
- Partner with the Head of HR and key business stakeholders to ensure people processes align with company needs and culture.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve employee engagement, wellbeing, happiness and D&I communications, initiatives and activities.
- Keep informed on industry and employment trends and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 -5 years of experience, ideally within a technology, digital, agency, or creative environment.
- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly for digital marketing and/or technology roles.
- Strong understanding of resourcing and workforce planning.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work at pace with a high level of accuracy.
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build credibility across all levels.
- Experience managing contractors and understanding IR35 is advantageous.
