  • Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
  • Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
  • Encourage and support pupils' communication, independence, and social skills.
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider school team and external agencies.
  • Supervise pupils during break and lunch times as needed.
  • Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and promote pupil welfare at all times.
What We're Looking For
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Child DBS on the update service.
  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN setting.
  • A calm, caring, and resilient approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A willingness to learn and undertake training.
