This is an amazing opportunity to work in a caring and supportive setting, helping children and young people with a variety of complex needs, including autism, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties, and learning disabilities.About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will be crucial to the classroom, working alongside teachers and other professionals to support pupils' learning, well-being, and personal development. You will help create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment where every child can grow and flourish. If you are interested in this role, APPLY NOWKey Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one and small-group support to pupils
  • Assist with lesson planning and classroom organisation
  • Encourage and help students with their communication, independence, and social skills
  • Monitor student progress and offer feedback to the class teacher
  • Collaborate with the wider school team and external agencies
  • Supervise pupils during break and lunch times as required
  • Uphold safeguarding protocols and promote pupil welfare at all times
What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN environment
