We are looking for an experienced Section Foreman to oversee piling and infrastructure works, including the construction of two new free-flowing slip roads. This role will involve managing a section of works, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to specification.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site activities within your section of work
Oversee piling operations and related infrastructure tasks
Manage the construction of two new slip roads, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and specifications
Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure health and safety procedures are implemented and followed
Monitor progress, quality, and resource allocation
Provide clear daily briefings and progress updates to the site manager
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Section Foreman on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of piling works and road construction methods
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
CSCS Gold or Black card and SSSTS/SMSTS qualification preferred
Strong focus on health, safety, and quality
