- SMSTS certification
- Strong background in civil engineering - drainage, earthworks , or highways
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Valid UK driving licence (preferred)
- Oversee day-to-day site activities and direct site teams, subcontractors, and plant operatives
- Ensure works are carried out safely, on time, and to the required quality standards
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and the project manager
- Lead and participate in daily briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inspections
- Maintain site records and daily reports
- Manage resources including labour, materials, and plant efficiently
- Support continuous improvement and mentor junior team members
- 💷 Excellent PAYE rate - £29.00/hour
- 📆 Long-term work on a major infrastructure project
- 💼 Weekly pay and full PAYE benefits (holiday pay, pension, etc.)
