- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs.
- Assist the class Teacher in preparing and delivering differentiated learning activities.
- Help manage classroom behavior and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Adapt materials and resources to meet individual student needs.
- Support students during transitions and help them with their personal and social development.
- Work closely with Teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support system.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children, especially those with SEN, is highly desirable.
- Patience and Empathy: The ability to be patient and empathetic while understanding and responding to the unique needs of each student.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, staff, and parents.
