  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs.
  • Assist the class Teacher in preparing and delivering differentiated learning activities.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Adapt materials and resources to meet individual student needs.
  • Support students during transitions and help them with their personal and social development.
  • Work closely with Teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support system.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children, especially those with SEN, is highly desirable.
  • Patience and Empathy: The ability to be patient and empathetic while understanding and responding to the unique needs of each student.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, staff, and parents.
  • Adaptability: The flexibility to adapt to changing situations and different student needs.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit and a willingness to work as part of a supportive team.
  • Resilience: The ability to remain calm and positive, even in challenging situations.
