  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with various Special Educational Needs, helping them to access the curriculum.
  • Assist in adapting learning materials and activities to suit individual student needs and learning styles.
  • Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress.
  • Encourage student independence and develop their social, emotional, and communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure a holistic approach to each student's education.
  • Manage classroom behavior positively and help create a calm, respectful learning atmosphere.
