
Business Development Manager – Acquisition Sales

- Identify, qualify, and close new customer opportunities across direct and indirect sales channels
- Drive net new business acquisition – new logos and new channel partners
- Report directly to the Sales Director, providing updates on pipeline, KPIs, and progress
- Develop and execute targeted go-to-market strategies for new customer segments
- Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition
- Lead customer engagement through the full sales lifecycle – from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor positioning, and market dynamics
- Provide strategic input into service offerings based on market intelligence and customer feedback
- Proven track record in new business development or acquisition sales, ideally in IT services or technology solutions
- Experience selling across both direct and indirect sales channels
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated success in building relationships and closing complex deals
- Commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to navigate and collaborate within a matrixed environment
- Degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred
