We’re looking for a Business Development and Sales Manager to help grow our UK footprint and connect more clients to cutting-edge display technology.This role is part-time initially — around 2 days (16 hours) per week for a results-driven Business Development and Sales Manager. You’ll play a key role in driving new business, managing client relationships, and increasing revenue across the UK.If this sounds like the right role for you, apply now.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver strategies to expand into new markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial contracts
  • Research industry trends and identify growth areas
  • Generate leads through targeted campaigns and outreach
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams

The PersonWe’re looking for someone who brings:
  • At least 5 years’ experience in business development or sales within AV, tech, or similar fields
  • A track record of delivering commercial growth
  • Strong industry knowledge and existing network
  • Confidence in presenting technical solutions in plain terms
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • A valid UK driving licence
Experience in the LED display sector or AV installation in the UK is a bonus.
