An opportunity has arisen to work within the Orthotic team at Rotherham Foundation Trust, providing the administrative support to ensure that our service users receive quality care. The service is Allied Health Professional led (4 X Orthotists), and supported by an administrative team. The orthotic department treats a range of conditions and supports many specialities across the trust. If you have great communication and organisational skills and are looking for a varied role, this position would be perfect for you.Main duties of the jobAs part of the Orthotics Administrative Team, the post holder will liaise closely with the clinical team to ensure patients appointments are prepared in a timely manner, and will provide high quality administrative support to the clinicians. The Administrator will play a key role in the efficient day to day activities of the running of the service. Tasks will include inputting orders, receipt of prescribed orthoses and responsible for the registering and receiving of referrals. The post holder will have regular contact with a range of clinical and managerial staff, health care professionals and external suppliers.
