
Senior Partnerships Manager

- Oversee HDFT's role within neighbourhood working, including representing the Trust at external partnership meetings and project managing a neighbourhood workstream with key internal and external partners
- Develop the Trust's relationship with other acute providers to re-design and transform clinical services, including working with the West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts and the Humber and North Yorkshire Collaborative of Acute Providers
- Support work to ensure that the organisation's strategic vision, aims and objectives relating to partnerships remain relevant and up to date and in line with the 10 Year Plan
- Serve as a main point of contact for partner organisations and providers to address and respond to enquiries, requests, and concerns, with the aim of fostering positive working relationships.
- Ensure awareness and understanding of emerging national and regional policies within the Trust's corporate leadership teams.
- Identify ways and helping to build on the capacity and capabilities of the Trust and partner organisations through knowledge sharing, skill development, and resource sharing where appropriate.
- Stay informed about innovative partnership models and best practices in healthcare industry, integrating new ideas and approaches into the Trust's partnership strategies.

- Masters level degree or demonstrable experience to a master's level.
- Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent.
- Experience in reviewing national policy and designing programmes of work to implement changes within local services
- Experience of managing complex services and/or projects to implement change
- Experience of working in the NHS at a management level.
- Project management qualification or equivalent experience.
- Masters level degree or demonstrable experience to a master's level.
