- Be the face of our business for key clients, owning relationships from start to finish.
- Identify and engage new clients – from top eCommerce platforms to cross-border logistics companies.
- Deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet unique client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Lead regular client visits and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and uncover new opportunities.
- Manage contracts, onboarding, and daily operations – from cargo collection to invoicing.
- Monitor service levels and ensure SLAs are consistently met.
- A degree or equivalent experience, with 3–5 years in cross-border logistics.
- Experience in international logistics, technical sales, and final mile operations.
- Mandarin is preferred but not a mandatory requirement. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills, plus top-notch presentation abilities.
- A collaborative spirit and stakeholder management skills to work across teams in China and the UK.
