As our Locker Host Group Partnership Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding Evri’s locker network by securing high-value, multi-site partnerships that directly support our growth strategy. You’ll take full ownership of these relationships, from sourcing and negotiating new opportunities to ensuring long-term partner satisfaction and scalability. This role involves strategically deepening partnerships, unlocking new locker locations, and driving Evri’s presence in the market. With your mix of commercial acumen, relationship management, and operational know-how, you’ll help shape the future of Evri’s Out of Home delivery network.Interested?   • Growing Evri’s locker footprint by identifying high-potential sites and securing agreements aligned with strategic goals.
  • Leading the end-to-end process of sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and onboarding new locker host partners.
  • Expanding Evri’s share of locker placements within each partner portfolio by spotting opportunities and presenting compelling business cases.
  • Managing day-to-day partner relationships, ensuring swift resolution of operational issues and consistently high levels of satisfaction.
  • Acting as the key link between partners and Evri teams (operations, tech, and customer service), driving improvements in collaboration and performance.
  • Reviewing and refining commercial agreements to ensure they remain competitive and fit for evolving business and market needs

  • Full, clean driving licence (field-based role requiring regular travel).
  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent business experience.
  • Key account management or sales qualification (advantageous).
  • 3+ years in account management, ideally in a customer-focused industry.
  • Skilled in coaching, supporting, and motivating colleagues.
  • Commercially astute, able to think strategically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of identifying and delivering process improvements that enhance outcomes for both partners and the business.
