- Inventory & Asset Management: You will assist in managing Formula E’s sponsorship inventory, by supporting the placement and presentation of existing assets, ensuring every contractual obligation is met. You will also work with the team to identify and evaluate new spaces for branding and sponsorship activations.
- Insight & Reporting: You’ll assist in providing insights and commercial reporting on media valuation performance of our partners. You’ll use data-driven insights on audience reach and market trends to directly inform strategic decision-making and help expand our commercial footprint.
- Stakeholder Communication: You will be a central point of contact, ensuring seamless and consistent communication with branding and partnership teams to guarantee the timely delivery of all artwork and assets.
- Experience & Knowledge: You will have previous experience in a similar role within a related industry. You should also have experience working across multiple workstreams and liaising with business stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: You will have an analytical mindset with excellent data skills and a knack for using data and insights to guide planning and evaluation. You should also be a creative problem-solver with strong Excel skills.
- Commercial Awareness: You can demonstrate commercial awareness and have an understanding of brand value. An understanding of sponsorship rights and media valuation are a plus, but not essential.
- Proactive Team Player: You’re proactive, self-motivated, and an adaptable team player.
- Excellent attention to detail: With sharp attention to detail, you have exceptional organisational abilities and are a great communicator and collaborator.
