- Deliver excellent customer service to meet client expectations.
- Build and develop effective relationships with the client at all levels.
- Ensure Issues highlighted through site inspections or customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
- Support the completion of reports and documentation to meet required deadlines.
- Keep accurate and update records of seating plan.
- Assist in the management of office space utilisation, including allocation of workspace, desk assignments, and office moves.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to coordinate and schedule maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related services.
- Support the Facilities Manager in budget management activities, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate workplace services such as cleaning, waste management, landscaping, and other related services to maintain a clean and functional working environment.
- Coordinate and collaborate with various teams and departments to facilitate smooth operations and timely completion of projects or tasks.
- Oversee general office operations, including inventory management, office supplies procurement, and maintenance of office equipment.
- Acting as Quality Rep and ensuring accurate and efficient document management by organising, maintaining, and tracking important files, records, and databases.
- Proactive walk arounds of the building to identify key risks, inspecting the quality of client spaces and ensuring exits & walkways are free of obstructions in all areas.
- When required due to absence / leave, act as the first point of contact for end-users and stakeholders to receive and coordinate facility-related service requests, maintenance, and repairs.
- Supporting with any other reasonable duties that the UKFM or Account Director may need to support any areas of contract delivery.
