- Maintain accurate records and update internal trackers
- Communicate with manufacturers regarding lead times and logistics
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
- Raise purchase orders and support with invoice reconciliation
- Handle general administrative duties in support of the wider team
- A proactive individual with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Previous experience in administration or coordination is advantageous, though not required
