Employment Type: Full-timeAbout This RoleJLL is seeking a dedicated Workplace Coordinator to support our prestigious Gartner account in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of workplace services, ensuring exceptional client experience while managing day-to-day facility operations in a dynamic corporate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relations & Service Delivery
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Gartner employees and visitors
  • Manage reception duties and provide outstanding customer service
  • Handle workplace inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with various service providers and vendors
Facility Operations
  • Oversee daily workplace operations including space management and room bookings
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Support health & safety protocols and emergency procedures
Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for client deliverables
  • Assist with event coordination and meeting room setup
  • Process invoices and manage workplace-related documentation
  • Support workplace technology and equipment needs
Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with Gartner stakeholders
  • Collaborate with JLL account team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Proactively identify opportunities for service improvements
  • Participate in client meetings and service reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in workplace coordination, facilities management, or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and workplace management systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with corporate clients or in managed services
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations
  • IOSH or similar safety certification
  • Experience with CAFM systems or workplace technology platforms
