We are looking for a highly motivated Receptionist with good interpersonal and communication skills to join our busy and friendly team. The role is very busy and the ability to multi task is essential.You will be joining a small friendly and supportive team of clinicians and non clinical staff.The role will be based at Dr Mahmood & Partners Ravensthorpe Health Centre Netherfield Road Ravensthorpe Dewsbury WF13 3JYIdeally we are looking for someone who can join our team as soon as possible.Previous NHS experience would be an advantage but not necessary.The post is 20 hours per week.Hours of work will be Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri 13.00-18.00 (These hours may change going forward to a 18.30 finish)NHS PensionMain duties of the jobReceive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.Provide general assistance to the Practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.About usOur patient population is around 4,600 patients in RavensthorpeWe are a forward-looking practice which offers high quality care. We are also a SystmOne practice.There is parking however this is limited.
