We are looking for a highly motivated Receptionist with good interpersonal and communication skills to join our busy and friendly team. The role is very busy and the ability to multi task is essential.Ideally we are looking for someone who can join our team as soon as possible.Previous NHS experience would be an advantage but not necessary.The post is 28 hours per week.Hours of work will be Wed 14.00-18.00, Thu & Fri 8.00-18.00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.NHS PensionPrevious applicants need not apply.Main duties of the job
  • Ensure that all reception duties and tasks are carried out in an effective, efficient and professional manner in line with the practices guidelines, procedures and protocols
  • Ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and any other visitors to the practice
  • Undertake general office and reception duties including front desk, telephone and email.
  • Liaise with outside agencies
