We are a busy GP Surgery based in Batley, with a list size of over 12000 patients. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, professional individual with excellent Customer Service Skills to join our friendly team as a Receptionist.Main duties of the jobThe role includes dealing with our patients over the telephone and face to face, undertaking administrative tasks, arranging patient transport, and many other tasks that support our patients and the Clinicians.Experience would be preferred but not essential.We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service and communication skills.
