
Finance Assistant - Accounts Payable, 12 Month FTC

- Data cleansing of current data for migration to new ERP system
- Accounts Payable statement reconciliations
- Updating missing supplier data
- Attending workshops to support the effectiveness of the migration
- Support Accounts Payable Manager with checking and testing of mapping
- UAT testing in the new ERP system
- Support the Accounts payable team with updating Sox Risk Controls matrix for PTP controls
- Support the Project Management and Finance team throughout the Finance Transformation Project with ad hoc duties
- You will likely be CIMA/ACCA part qualified with 2+ years of experience working in a similar role within a fast-paced multi-site business or comparable experience in a large accounting practice with a hands-on approach
- Technical knowledge of UK GAAP
- Strong analytical and reconciliations skills
- Project Management Experience
- Advanced Excel skills and ideally experience with Sage Accounts package
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Organised and methodical
