You'll be responsible for processing a large volume of transactions on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of accounts payable. Working closely with colleagues across global offices, you'll gain valuable exposure to international business operations while contributing to the smooth running of the finance function.Your responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Assistant will include:
- Set up and maintain supplier records in the finance system.
- Process and match supplier invoices to purchase orders with accuracy.
- Manage supplier payments and prepayment arrangements.
- Ensure timely processing of proforma invoices and follow up as needed.
- Assist with reconciliations and month-end close activities.
- Provide ad hoc support across the finance team and help resolve discrepancies.
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role, ideally within a high-volume environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
