- Provide technical support for core line of business applications, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed timescales.
- Monitor application health, data processing, and integrations to ensure service continuity.
- Investigate recurring issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on release cycles, testing, and validating system updates.
- Previous experience in an application support or technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A consultative approach with the ability to simplify technical issues for non-technical audiences.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the professional services sector.
- Relevant qualifications or progression towards IT certifications.
- Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the Cirencester office
