
Client Liaison Reporting Analyst

- Deliver regularly scheduled MI for Client Liaison management within agreed SLA
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for MI from Client Liaison management and external departments.
- Support the production of fortnightly and six-monthly regulatory reporting to FCA.
- Produce and maintain various departmental spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Review and analyse various Client Liaison data (e.g. FOS decisions) to assist in report writing and to support the Root Cause Analysis half yearly reporting
- Maintain appropriate procedure documents for relevant MI tasks and assist in completing an annual review to ensure these remain fit for purpose.
- Maintain existing robotic automation processes within Client's Liaison while seeking further opportunities to utilise automation in reporting and case processing.
- Assist in maintaining the Client Liaison complaint system (Respond)
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of data integrity.
- Excellent knowledge of MI Tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI with a good understanding of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and experience in designing and building dashboards and integrating MI into presentations.
- Ability to navigate and interpret existing PowerBI dashboards that contain multiple data tables and relationships
- A working understanding of other MI and presentation tools, such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of regulated complaint handling within financial services.
- Understanding of life, pension, investment and mortgage products.
