As part of the London sickle cell transformation programme, we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated innovative and enthusiastic transition nurse. The post is based at the Royal London hospital, but will require working jointly with hospital and community teams across the North East London (NEL) Network to enable a smooth transition to adult services.Are you passionate about working with children and young people to support them in their transition journey?
