- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize own workload to pressure and meet deadlines
- IT literate
- Excellent written and verbal English demonstrated through written and verbal communication
- Teaching and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Extensive post registration experience in acute / community setting
- Supervising junior staff/ multi professional working
- Sound knowledge of current nursing and health care issues
- Awareness of key challenges in TB nursing/TB control in the UK
- Capacity to work with colleagues at all levels
- Open minded, treats colleagues and the general public with dignity and respect
