
HR Administrator

- Acting as the main point of contact for first line queries both over the phone and via email
- Monitoring the HR inbox, responding to queries where possible and escalating where necessary
- Signposting employees to relevant policies and procedures, e.g. maternity, benefits
- Assisting Managers with inputting holiday or sickness requests onto the internal HRS system
- Managing the onboarding process for new starters, e.g. verifying Right to Work, DBS and references
- Responding to any reference requests received by the organisation
- Amending contract terms or uploading documents on internal system
