
HR Administrator

- Maintain and update employee records on the HR system, ensuring accuracy
- Manage a full range of HR activities within the Employee Lifecycle including probation, starters and leavers
- Responsible for Site Engagement, Comms, & Charity / CSR Initiatives
- Provide first line advice, guidance, and coaching to line managers on absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance, investigations and performance management
- Assist and support line managers in employee relations meetings
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience in a similar capacity - with a generalist HR background, within a logistics background preferred
- CIPD Level 3 or above, or working towards is desirable
- Good use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- You'll need excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence positively, and foster a collaborative, people-focused environment across all levels of the business
