
HR Administrator – £27,500 – £30,860 pa

- Providing a professional and comprehensive HR service to managers and all colleagues in line with policies and procedures, always remaining far and consistent to demonstrate due diligence
- Managing the recruitment and leaver processes, onboarding and retention
- Supporting the annual training plan
- Completing Occupational Health and EAP referrals, planning and supporting advisory surgery days at site
- Monitoring sickness trends and supporting remedial action
- Supporting employee engagement and developing strong communication channels including HR Noticeboards, Your Say Forums and weekly newsletter
- Ensuring all data on systems and computerised records is accurate and up to date in line with GDPR
- Providing reports to support the monitoring of HR metrics/KPI's as and when required
- Ensuring that all relevant documents are provided to the payroll department in a timely manner
- Building effective working relationships with employees at all levels, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and related issues
- Working with the Reception team to ensure customer service is maintained throughout the working day and peak holiday season and managing projects as and when required
- Good numeracy and literacy
- Good knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent communication, planning, prioritising and organisational skills
- Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
