Contract: 6 monthsYour Role:As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Employee Support: Manage queries from employees via phone and email, addressing HR and employee-related issues.
- Data Management: Update and manage employee data within Service Now, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Live Chat Operations:Oversee the daily operation of our live chat service, maintaining documentation and supporting the development of chat data and insights.
- Escalation Coordination:Support and coordinate all escalations across service lines, providing insightful reporting.
- Metrics & KPIs:Monitor relevant metrics and KPIs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Internal Collaboration:Work closely with related teams to ensure seamless HR processes and effective interconnectivity.
- A solid understanding of 'hire to retire' processes.
- Experience in managing payroll and benefits-related queries.
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP
