- Process employee absence in the system and file documentation electronically.
- Produce correspondence to support the Absence and Wellbeing Officer including occupational health and absence review meeting invitations, and workplan letters.
- Administer occupational health management advice and pre-employment reports.
- Support the Absence and Wellbeing Officer with welfare calls and medical referrals.
- Assist the Absence and Wellbeing Officer with preparing and providing all required paperwork prior and subsequent to capability meetings.
- Take notes in absence review and formal capability meetings.
- Support and collaborate with the Wellbeing & Absence Advisor with the creation and implementation of wellbeing initiatives.
- Deal with phone calls and queries as required.
- Provide information on available support services and resources.
- Coordinate health surveillance and maintain health surveillance records for all employees.
- Support the delivery of management training workshops.
- Assist to promote awareness of available resources and support systems.
- Administer eyecare scheme.
- Process departmental invoices.
- Manage room bookings.
- Support with any other administration for the department as required
