Clinic Administrator Band 3 - 25 hours PermanentWe are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Community Administration service. This post will work within a locality providing full clerical support to Health Care Professional teams that are based within Ashton Primary Care Centre. As part of the Clinic Administrator role, you will be required to directly line manage a team of Clerical Officers at Ashton Primary Care Centre.The Administration service is contracted to work between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm, Monday to Saturday.Important Notice on Visa Sponsorship EligibilityPlease note that whilst the trust does offer sponsorship this role isunfortunately not eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Health and Care Worker visa or skilled worker route. This is due to the position not meeting the minimum salary threshold of £41,700 per annumand/or the requiredskill levelset by UK Visas and Immigration.We appreciate your interest in this opportunity and encourage applications from candidates who already have theright to work in the UK.Main duties of the jobThe designated person responsible for Clerical Staff Management and development.Managing a range of secretarial/clerical support to Health Professionals and Allied Health ProfessionalsUndertake duties delegated by management, using own initiative and working without supervision, including financial management.The post holder will be familiar with a full range of clerical/secretarial tasks and undertake specific duties.The post holder will be undertaking tasks requiring strict confidentiality.The post holder may be required to work from any Community Healthcare base according to the needs of the service.The service operates between the hours of 8am to 8pm using a rota system.About usTameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust serves a community of 250,000 people across Tameside & Glossop.
