Applications are invited for the position of Clinic Management Support Administrator based in the Occupational Health Service.The role supports the Clinic Management Support Lead in the management of Occupational Health Doctor and Nurse clinics utilising the specialist OH clinic management system OPAS G2, from receipt of referral through to administering the outcomes of the referral. As part of this activity the role holder will have responsibility for gathering monthly data and information on patient numbers across the various OH services, analysing the data, and producing reports.The role holder will assist in providing system administration for the OPAS G2 OH Clinic Management System, for example adding new users, password recovery/reset, system updates. The role holder will provide training for new department users of the system and respond to queries from patients and managers about the system. The department currently has some 44,000 patient records. The role holder will have responsibility for OH patient records, both paper and digital, current and archival, and meeting data protection requirements.Applicants should be reliable and able to interact with team colleagues and service users.
