- Develop and implement comprehensive Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with a range of Special Educational Needs.
- Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction in a variety of subjects, adapting teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing detailed feedback to students, parents, and other staff members.
- Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, support staff, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student well-being and education.
- Foster an inclusive and positive classroom culture that promotes self-esteem, independence, and a love for learning.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): A recognized Teaching Qualification is essential.
- SEN Expertise: Proven experience in teaching students with Special Educational Needs.
