  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the specific needs of each student.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that are accessible to all learners.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, support staff, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of student progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Stay current with best practices in special education and integrate new methodologies into your teaching.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): A recognized Teaching qualification is essential.
  • SEN Expertise: Proven experience and expertise in teaching students with a range of special educational needs.
  • Innovative Mindset: The ability to be creative and flexible in your teaching approach to meet individual student needs.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Patience and Resilience: The capacity to remain patient, positive, and resourceful in a dynamic environment.
