- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the specific needs of each student.
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that are accessible to all learners.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, support staff, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of student progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Stay current with best practices in special education and integrate new methodologies into your teaching.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): A recognized Teaching qualification is essential.
- SEN Expertise: Proven experience and expertise in teaching students with a range of special educational needs.
