- Monthly operating Payroll for P.A.Y.E staffs via Sage payroll 50
- Preparing Payroll relevant documents, summary monthly timesheets
- Running and maintaining staff pension matching with updated pension regulation
- Dealing with starters and leavers.
- Recording company HR files, staff Holidays summary etc.
- Dealing with full cycle of the staff management, including staffs hiring, training, and employment relations changing etc.
- In charge of staff benefits, including staff accommodation maintenance, private medical insurance management etc.
- Dealing with certain staff’s the working visa application and maintain related record.
- Supporting staff/ clients for the arrangements with visa/hotel/ international flight booking for business travels.
- Dealing with and managing company document archive.
- Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
- Strong previous Payroll experience; HR management experience is highly preferred, but can be flexible if candidate only has Payroll experience.
- Familiar and understand how to operate the Sage payroll 50 system.
- Familiar with UK Employment rules, HMRC rules, Salary Sacrifice Scheme, Pension Regulation, etc
- Degree in HR is a bonus but not essential.
- Willing to take on Administration responsibilities. Relevant Admin experience is an advantage but not essential.
