- Lead and develop a team of Account Managers through onboarding, training, and continuous support.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and appraisals to support team growth.
- Drive incremental revenue by fostering a proactive approach to account management.
- Ensure effective use of our CRM system (Zoho) across the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Service Delivery, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to enhance client outcomes.
- Gather and share valuable client feedback across internal teams.
- Ensure all client sites meet compliance standards (IPC/BPA) before launch, and maintain up-to-date contract documentation.
- Manage annual IPC audits in partnership with the Business Development Support Manager.
- Support the development of account plans for high-revenue clients to drive ongoing growth and innovation.
- Attend client meetings and conference calls to strengthen relationships.
- Contribute ideas and support for marketing initiatives tailored to key clients.
- Assist with recruitment and team development to address capacity and skill gaps.
- Help implement legislative changes (e.g., Parking Bill rollout) across the account management function.
- You're a confident, hands-on leader with experience in account management and a passion for client service.
- You have a natural ability to coach and inspire others, a sharp eye for process improvement, and a proactive approach to growing client relationships.
- Experienced in an Account Management or Customer Service role within a B2B environment
