In this pivotal role, you’ll bring clarity, insight, and financial expertise to our multi-brand, multi-site manufacturing operations. You will play a crucial part in driving operational performance, supporting strategic objectives, and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting that informs key business decisions.This is a Full Time – Permanent Position - Travel RequiredWhat You will Be Doing:Operations Support
- Partner with manufacturing sites to deliver operational finance reporting needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to measure KPIs and understand performance drivers
- Support manufacturing teams in cost control and adherence to forecast
- Complete month-end close efficiently and accurately, including account reconciliations and transaction reviews
- Produce clear, timely financial statements to support decision-making
- Lead year-end close activities, including reconciliations and statutory reporting
- Support standard cost revaluations and multi-site stocktakes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Produce accurate forecasts and communicate their impact on profitability
- Prepare and submit Capital Expenditure Requests
- Identify process improvement opportunities and resolve operational finance issues
- Proven success in an operational finance role within a manufacturing environment
- Track record of influencing, motivating, and collaborating across teams
- Experience delivering high-quality reporting to tight deadlines
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and reporting systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities

- Flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel to UK sites as required
