This is an exciting time to join the business in a commercial role like this.The RoleThis is a true Finance Business Partner role which will see you working alongside, and becoming embedded with your non-finance stakeholders - influencing decisions, enabling critical challenge, identifying risks and opportunities to drive business performance.You'll enjoy a place at the table for key strategic meetings, delivering and improving performance reporting, translating volume data into clear, actionable insight, and working with stakeholders to manage risks and support strategic objectives.The PersonThe ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner position will have/be:
  • Fully qualified (ACMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent
  • Commercial finance exposure with a track record of delivering results
  • Ideal experience would be from a FMCG, Distribution, Retail sector environment or similar
  • Strong analytical skills, able to translate complex data to meaningful, actionable insight
  • Energy, adapability, passion, positivity and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, changeable environment
