  • Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with our leaders.
  • Provide financial insight to optimise performance, manage risks, and support strategic objectives.
  • Challenge assumptions and ensure financial rigour in key decisions.
  • Drive improvements in reporting and forecasting, shifting focus from data gathering to actionable insight.
  • Partner with teams to assess and refine performance metrics.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear insight for non-financial stakeholders.
Skills and Knowledge…We're looking for someone with:
  • A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and strong post-qualification experience.
  • Proven success in Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance, ideally in retail or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data into strategic insight.
  • Confident communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge constructively.
  • Agility to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with shifting priorities.
  • Commercial curiosity and a passion for making a measurable impact on business performance.
  • Contribute to transformation initiatives and change programmes from a finance perspective.
