We specialise in the installation, service, and maintenance of milking equipment, automation systems, and milk cooling solutions. Our team works closely with dairy producers to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and compliance.
We are currently seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our skilled service team.The Role :As a Refrigeration Technician at DairyFlow, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of all refrigeration systems on dairy farms, primarily focusing on Mueller milk cooling tanks, silos and associated plant. You’ll ensure systems run efficiently, meet industry standards, and support dairy farms in maintaining milk quality and cooling performance.Key Responsibilities:Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of bulk milk tanks and cooling systemsDiagnose and repair faults in refrigeration units and associated electrical systemsRespond to on-site breakdowns quickly and efficientlyInstall new refrigeration units and upgrade existing systems as requiredPerform refrigerant handling in compliance with F-Gas regulationsMaintain accurate records and complete service reportsProvide technical support and advice to farmers and the DairyFlow teamParticipate in a shared on-call rota for emergency breakdownsYour Profile / QualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForQualified Refrigeration Technician (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)F-Gas certificationExperience in agricultural, dairy, or commercial refrigeration preferredStrong fault-finding and repair skillsAble to work independently and manage time effectivelyFull UK driving licence (or equivalent)Good communication skills and a customer-focused approachWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and overtime opportunitiesCompany van, tools, PPE, and uniformIndustry training, including GEA system trainingA supportive, knowledgeable team and varied, hands-on workThe chance to support forward-thinking, tech-enabled dairy farmsDairyFlow is an equal opportunity employer.
