We are proud to support dairy producers with advanced milking technology, from conventional milking systems (CMS) to automated milking systems (AMS), tanks, and complete on-farm solutions.We are currently looking for a reliable and hands-on Service Technician to join our growing team.About the RoleAs a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining a range of dairy equipment on farms — including GEA milking systems (both CMS and AMS), milk cooling tanks, liners, pulsation systems, and more. This is a customer-facing role that requires technical know-how, attention to detail, and a passion for keeping dairy operations running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine servicing and maintenance of conventional and automated GEA milking systemsConduct liner and rubberware changes, pulsator checks, and system hygiene inspectionsService and maintain milk tanks, cooling systems, and associated equipmentDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faultsEnsure all work is completed to GEA standards and complies with dairy hygiene regulationsMaintain accurate service records and provide customer support and technical adviceParticipate in on-call rota for emergency breakdown support (shared within team)Your Profile / QualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForMechanical or electrical background (qualification preferred but not essential)Previous experience in dairy equipment servicing is an advantageComfortable working on farms and interacting with customersGood problem-solving skills and a hands-on, practical mindsetFull UK driving licence (or equivalent)Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceCompany vehicle, tools, and uniformFull training provided, including GEA certificationOngoing support and development opportunitiesFriendly, team-focused work environmentThe chance to work with leading dairy technology and support local farmersDairyFlow is an equal opportunity employer.
