- Review and verify finance agreements and documentation before payouts.
- Conduct verification calls and maintain CRM entries.
- Prepare and file agreement and broker payout packs.
- Insightful Reporting & Analysis
- Record sales data and deliver real-time dashboards to management.
- Monitor commission schemes and reconcile income discrepancies.
- Perform analyses to shape sales strategies and support reconciliations.
- Full Finance Support
- Manage supplier setups, invoice processing in Xero, and supplier payments.
- Handle expense reviews and assist in collections on aged debts.
- Support timely billing and statements alongside the sales team.
- Improve Processes & Team Collaboration
- Participate in internal meetings-offering insights on financial trends.
- Help streamline documentation, internal controls, and processes.
- Must-haves:
- Experience in administrative roles, ideally within a commercial company
- Proven ability to analyse and report sales data
- Comfortable with CRMs, Excel, and financial software
- Nice to have:
- Familiarity with financial services or Xero
