More information is available atRole DescriptionWe are seeking for an SLA Contracts Administrator to join our team to be based in the UK.The person will be in an administrative support role to the global SLA Contract Managers in various aspects of the SLA business, as well as tend to the video Sales teams on SLA related activities. The candidate must demonstrate a strong ability to work independently and be able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.What You Will Be Doing:
  • Prepare SLA quotes and associated contracts for renewal opportunities.
  • Perform contract activation, verify contract terms and installed products under contract.
  • Support Order Management and Finance & Accounting in the booking of purchase orders.
  • Track contracts pending activation and follow up with sales or service team on removing dependencies.
  • Periodic audit of installed products under agreement, rectify any discrepancies.
  • Produce periodic KPI reports for Sales and business leadership.
  • Produce by-request reports related to the SLA business, such as installed products report, renewal opportunities report, etc.
  • Support sales in renewal, upgrade/upsell opportunities, including customer outreach activities.
  • Maintain SLA reports and collateral archives.
What You Should Have:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of business administration experience. Prior experience in contract administration a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a US Multi-National Company
  • Capable of remotely collaborate with multi-cultural, geographically diverse teams in the Americas, Europe and APAC.
  • Business administration degree or equivalent.
  • Strong MS Excel Skills
  • Prior experience in Oracle, SFDC and Apttus a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to environment and changes in priorities.
  • Ability to understand legal and financial concepts behind support contracts.
  • Ability to manipulate database, analyze information and formulate conclusions/plans.
  • Independent, initiative-taker capable of identifying issues and propose/execute solutions.
  • Great written and verbal communication.
  • Manage projects and drive contract execution to conclusion.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Previous business administration experience is a plus.
