
Support Contracts Administrator

- Produce contracts and distribute to the customer
- Scan, file and maintain customer contracts and records
- Ensure quotations are produced in a timely manner for all aspects of Repair & Maintenance
- Provide support for the Repair & Maintenance department in answering telephone enquiries and carrying out administration duties as required
- Contribute to the departments KPI's and the companies financial objectives
- Monitor and record any non-conformance of the quality systems and implement and record the required corrective and preventative action within your area of responsibility
