
Car Sales Executive

- £18,000 basic salary with a realistic £52,000 OTE (based on 20 cars per month sold)
- Clear and rewarding commission structure
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 5-day working week with one full weekend off every month
- Flexible weekend days to support work/life balance

- Monday to Friday: 8:30am–6:30pm
- Saturday: 8:30am–5:30pm
- Sunday: 10:00am–4:00pm (on rota)
- Previous sales experience – motor trade background preferred, but strong candidates from other sectors will be considered
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Full UK driving licence essential
